Hello, my name is Cihan. I was born in 1992. I have prepared a short text to express myself and my perspective.

Actually, everything we do is a form of expression. It means "I am here, see me." Expressing yourself is about sharing the message you want to convey, not just through words, but also through other forms such as art and visual communication, by showing and making others listen to it.

Since I can remember, my awareness has been focused on using different forms of expression. During high school, I was devoted entirely to music and was interested in electronic music and drums. When I went to university, I began to be drawn to art not only through music but also through other art forms and I decided to continue my path through fine arts. After two years of intensive education, I was accepted into the Marmara Fine Arts Painting Department.

My expression has developed, taken on different forms, and grown. During my university years, I worked as a makeup artist and encountered how people express themselves with the makeup they do. I also took part in various fashion and music video shoots.

After university, I wanted to explore a different path and learn about my family profession. I started working at Nersetech Electronics. During this process, I gained a lot of experience in procurement, production, and marketing. As someone who grew up in both the industrial and fine arts worlds, I gained a lot of experience in how ideas from different industries can be visualized.

Today, with the experience I have gained from different fields, I have come to understand that expression is actually an experience that comes together through many different channels. In this age where quality designs are more easily accessible thanks to technological developments and artificial intelligence, I keep in mind the primal art instincts of human beings, so that advanced production techniques do not lead to boring, copy-paste designs.

That's why I believe that traditional methods are still highly valued. Just like yesterday, today, we still need three things; paper, pencil and a beautiful idea.
